Right of withdrawal

It covers the contract with the operator about reserving an appointment against the fee of ten euros. A consumer is anyone concluding the contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

This notice does not govern the separate service contract with the provider.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement — for instance a letter sent by post or an e-mail. You may use the model below, but you do not have to.

To meet the withdrawal deadline it is enough for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal.

For services, the right of withdrawal may expire early when the following requirements are met:

• You have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period has expired.
• You have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract.
• We have then fully provided the service.

In the reservation form, an unticked checkbox records your consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement of possible loss of the right. Once the reservation service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal expires if the statutory requirements are met. Refunds following cancellation by the provider are governed separately by the terms and conditions.

A provider account used for independent professional activity is not used in a consumer capacity. The statutory consumer right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to that usage agreement. It may be terminated at any time without notice.
