RESERVATION AND OFFER PRICE
Clear costs before every booking.
Without a guest subscription, the regular reservation fee applies. The provider’s plan does not change it. Guest Plus and Pro are intended to offer their own discounts or included reservations in future.

Can I subscribe as a guest now?+
No. Plus and Pro are presented here as proposals. Prices, allowances and extra features are not active yet. You can use the regular booking flow without a subscription; the current demo simulates payments.
When would Plus or Pro pay off?+
With monthly billing, Plus with two reservations totals €19 instead of €20 without a subscription. With five reservations, Pro is €29 instead of €34 with Plus or €50 without a subscription. Annual billing saves another two monthly payments and is paid in full upfront. Service prices are always separate.
Does Pro include unlimited fee-free bookings?+
No. The proposal includes five reservations per subscription month. Each additional reservation costs €5. Credits renew monthly during the paid subscription, including on annual billing. There is no upfront annual pool or unlimited accumulation.
What happens if I cancel my subscription or a provider cancels?+
Cancellation is intended to take effect at the end of the paid period. Confirmed appointments remain in place. If a provider cancels, the paid fee is refunded or the included reservation is credited back. Binding terms must be published before subscriptions launch.
Is guest Plus the same as provider Plus?+
No. They are separate products. A provider subscription supports business organisation; a guest subscription applies to personal reservations. Neither unlocks the other. A guest subscription does not change whether an appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.
