Can I subscribe to Plus or Pro now?+
Not yet. Monthly and annual prices are defined, and subscription billing is being prepared. No paid subscription starts automatically.
Will Free stay free?+
Yes. Free is intended as an ongoing free plan for providers, with the complete core booking flow. Guests will still pay €10.00 per reservation.
Why choose Plus if Free already handles bookings?+
Plus is designed to save daily work and support your own brand: tour planning, bookings on your website, reply templates, calendar connections, and your own colours and logo. Basic questions about existing bookings remain available.
What happens if I downgrade later?+
The intended launch policy is to keep confirmed appointments in place. Extra premium features end after the paid period. A plan change does not automatically delete your data; applicable retention periods still apply.
Do guests need an account or subscription?+
No. The regular booking flow needs neither a guest subscription nor a guest account. The fee is €10.00 per reservation. A proposed guest subscription would be a separate product; your provider plan does not unlock it.
